Join the Mohawk Valley Community Action Agency (MVCAA) for a Targeted Home Improvement Program (T-HIP) Outreach Event.

This free event is designed to help income-eligible homeowners in the Utica area learn about opportunities for critical home repairs. Qualified homeowners may be eligible for up to $40,000 in funding to improve the safety, comfort, and livability of their homes.

Our team will provide information on how the program works, who qualifies, and how to apply. Refreshments will be served.
