Project RISE Town Hall

Project RISE (Respond, Invest, Sustain, Empower) invites community members to attend an upcoming Town Hall focused on listening, learning, and moving forward together. Supported by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS), Project RISE works across Utica to prevent and interrupt gun violence while centering healing, restoration, and community wellbeing.

These town halls provide an opportunity to:

• Learn more about Project RISE and its community-wide efforts

• Share feedback, perspectives, and local priorities

• Help shape future programming and initiatives through community input

Your voice matters. Community feedback helps ensure Project RISE remains responsive, impactful, and rooted in the needs of Utica.

Two opportunities to attend:

  Memorial Parkway Recreation Center

• Wednesday, February 4, 2026 | 6:00–8:00 PM
  Kernan Elementary School
